Dr. Leesa Riviere is a data scientist, research fellow, and education technologist in enrollment mangagment with a foundation in social science encompassing quantitative and qualitative analysis across various demographic factors insuring equitable resources with and extensive experience in researching, consulting, product and project management encompassing expertise including developing learner and user centered technologies in education technology for a broad range of fields across sectors towards ideally efficient an effective products, programs/process and polices towards ideal best practices, teams institutions, individuals, and organizations thriving towards their full potential and looks forward/ excited to collaborating and contributing with the HirePhD Team providing encouragement and resources in guiding toward growth in achieving goals applying skills, talent and strengths towards needs and bridging gaps in and across their fields organizations and communities intergenerationally and interculturally in and outside of the classroom as lifelong learners.
Dr Leesa’s experiences include leading as a curriculum/software implementation manager engaging across the US with schools and superintendents educators, and leaders among the largest schools districts regionally and in the US and internationally, including feature for literacy software and curriculum for student with learning difference, muti lingual and adult learners, researcher and consultant, include contributing as a reviewer and conference chair for the American Education Research Association (AERA), International Leadership Association (ILA), and Academy of Management (AOM), (SfAA) Society for Applied Anthropology and (NISOD)National Institute for Staff and Global Institute of Organization Development (GIODSN) and Organizational Development Network and involving a project on leading and creating a visual timeline and history and future of graduate business/organization in doctoral education with colleagues and faculty across various institutions.
