Dr. Yuyin Yi is a Research Scientist at Incisive Genetics Inc., a biotech company working on cutting-edge lipid nanoparticle delivery platforms for genetic therapies. She earned her PhD in Reproductive and Developmental Sciences from the University of British Columbia in 2021 and then took her skills to Symvivo Corporation, where she led preclinical projects for immuno-oncology therapies.

Now, as part of the HirePhD team since 2023, Yuyin is passionate about helping advanced degree holders discover new career opportunities and successfully transition from academia to exciting roles outside of the traditional academic path.
